🌌 Four Months Later...
Four months have passed in the Ice Kingdom.
The second-year students have completed their first semester, but their field work has kept them away from the usual Academy break.
During these four months, life has been surprisingly peaceful.
The first-year tournament ended without major trouble, while the second-year students continued training, learning and spending time across their different field assignments.
More importantly, all twenty students have become much better at handling the mysterious weapons they obtained during their earlier examination.
Watching the passing sky, Headmaster Eresawa realizes just how quickly those four months have disappeared.
The students have grown.
Their weapon control has improved.
And Eresawa decides that it is finally time for something new.
Eresawa: “They’ve learned to handle their weapons well… It’s time to change this class.”
❄️ All Twenty Students Return
Master Frost sends an order to every field-work unit.
Return to the Academy.
For the first time in months, all twenty second-year students gather together again.
Kai.
Jinga.
Tyson.
Broklin.
Lui.
Free.
Ray.
Volt.
Max.
Drawn.
Flora.
Rantaro.
Shu.
Serena.
Kioya.
Supasha.
Tala.
May.
Pai.
Hide.
Everyone is back.
But Free has a much more important concern.
The beds. 😂
As Free starts heading toward them, Eresawa immediately stops him.
Then comes the announcement:
⚡ Ability Control Class Begins
From today onward, Ability Control Class is compulsory for all twenty students.
Free, as usual, doesn't seem interested.
That changes nothing for Eresawa.
Using Infinity Erase, Eresawa simply removes every bed from the room.
Free remains completely expressionless.
But he makes his position clear.
Free: “Removing the beds won’t make me silent.”
Eresawa accepts the challenge.
Before their argument can continue, Lui quietly intervenes.
Lui: “Free. Silent.”
And surprisingly—
Free listens.
Their small interaction once again shows the unusual bond between Free and Lui. They don't need long emotional speeches. When one needs the other, the other is there.
🌪️ Master Hound Takes Over
Eresawa announces that Master Hound will teach the new Ability Control Class.
He welcomes the students into their second year, second semester, before Eresawa, Moon and Frost leave the training area.
Hound remains with the twenty students.
Kai expects them to move somewhere else for training.
Instead, Hound points at the enormous open area around them.
Hound: “Here. This entire area.”
And without warning—
BOOM!
A massive controlled Wind Aura fills the training area.
All twenty students are lifted from the ground.
Some rotate.
Some struggle.
Some try desperately to regain balance.
And Jinga immediately panics.
Jinga: “Master! Please don’t attack me!” 😂
Hound laughs.
But this isn't an attack.
It's their first lesson.
🌪️ “Sit on My Wind.”
Hound tells everyone to stop panicking.
The more they panic and fight the current blindly, the more the wind controls them.
Their challenge sounds almost ridiculous:
Hound: “Sit on my wind.”
Kai has exactly the reaction most people would have.
How are you supposed to sit on wind?
The students begin experimenting with their Aura.
Most struggle.
But one person is already comfortable.
⚡ Free Solves It First
While everyone else is fighting for balance, Serena notices something unbelievable.
Free isn't struggling.
He isn't even sitting.
He is lying on Hound's wind and sleeping. 😂
Serena asks how he managed it.
Free's answer reveals the first important principle of the lesson.
Free: “Relax. Release your Aura lightly. Only enough to cover your body.”
Hound's Wind Aura is already enormous.
Trying to answer enormous power with more enormous power isn't automatically useful.
Free uses only what he needs.
Then he yawns...
and goes back to sleep.
🌪️ Kioya Finds Another Answer
Kioya tries Free's low-output method.
It doesn't suit him.
Too much Wind Aura naturally comes out when he attempts it.
Instead of continuing to copy Free, Kioya changes his approach.
He releases a much larger amount of his own Wind Aura against a small local section of Hound's current.
The interaction creates a rotating stable zone.
Kioya sits in the center.
It takes much more effort than Free's method, but it works.
Hound accepts it.
And that leads to one of the episode's most important lessons:
Hound: “One problem doesn’t have only one solution.”
Free found one answer.
Kioya found another.
Hound doesn't care whether every student uses the same technique.
He cares whether they can solve the problem.
🔥 Every Student Must Find Their Own Way
Once the students stop copying each other, the exercise changes.
Lui quietly studies the problem and develops his own precise Aura distribution around his body.
Broklin follows.
He uses Infinity Push, but not like a giant combat attack.
Instead, Broklin precisely redirects only the wind around his immediate personal space, maintaining enough controlled pressure to stabilize himself.
Then comes Tyson.
Tyson doesn't immediately release his own Aura at all.
Instead, he studies Hound's current.
He moves with the wind rather than against it.
By following the natural flow, Tyson reaches a more stable current and uses only a tiny amount of his own Wind Aura for the final correction.
He sits.
Kai watches carefully.
🔥 Kai Chooses Control Over Power
Kai considers using his Fire Aura.
But this is a shared training environment filled with Hound's enormous moving wind.
Using a large amount of fire would be unnecessary and could allow flames to spread toward nearby classmates.
So Kai makes a smarter decision.
He doesn't try to prove how powerful his Fire Aura is.
He adapts Tyson's principle.
Move with the current.
Kai follows Hound's wind, finds his balance and uses only the amount of Aura necessary to stabilize himself.
It's a small moment, but an important one.
Power isn't always about releasing more.
Sometimes the better decision is knowing when not to.
🌟 One by One, the Class Succeeds
Serena adapts Free's relaxed, low-output principle.
Then more students begin finding their balance.
Flora.
Volt.
Max.
Shu.
Pai.
Supasha.
Rantaro.
Hide.
Ray.
Eventually only four students remain:
May, Tala, Drawn and Jinga.
They aren't weaker than everyone else.
They simply need more time to understand what works for them.
As afternoon slowly becomes evening, May succeeds.
Then Tala.
Then Drawn.
Finally, Jinga stops panicking, clears his mind and finds his balance.
All twenty students have completed the exercise.
Hound looks across the class.
Hound's thought: “All twenty… They’re progressing faster than I expected.”
✨ What Aura Control Really Means
Kai asks the obvious question.
Why would they ever need to sit on wind?
Hound reveals that sitting on wind was never the real objective.
The exercise was teaching them to maintain a thin, precise layer of Aura around their bodies.
Then Jinga asks something that initially makes several classmates laugh.
Jinga: “Master… then can I walk on water?”
Hound answers completely seriously.
Hound: “Yes.”
Everyone goes silent. 😂
With sufficient control, Aura can support the user's interaction with an environment. The same underlying principle can help reduce direct contact with difficult surfaces or environmental conditions.
But this doesn't make someone universally immune to heat, cold, attacks or every dangerous environment.
The key is control.
⚡ The Correct Amount of Aura
Hound then compares Free and Kioya.
Free used very little Aura.
Kioya used far more.
Yet both completed the exercise.
Hound explains it simply:
Hound: “If the task needed ten… Kioya answered with a hundred.”
😂
Kioya's method wasn't invalid.
It was simply much less efficient.
Tyson understands the lesson.
The goal isn't always to use less Aura.
And it isn't always to use more.
The real principles are:
Correct output. Correct distribution. According to the environment.
That is true Aura Control.
😂 “Wait… Wasn’t This Ability Control?”
After all of that serious training, Serena notices one small problem.
Serena: “Master Hound… how does Aura Control help us with Ability Control?”
Hound pauses.
Then he remembers.
Hound: “Ah… right. The Ability class.”
😂
He became so focused on teaching Aura Control—the prerequisite—that he never actually started the main Ability Control lesson.
Hound casually decides they'll continue tomorrow.
Then he withdraws his Wind Aura.
Instantly—
all twenty students fall onto the floor.
Nobody is injured.
Free, lying there with the same emotionless face as always, has only one concern:
Free: “I want a bed.”
Lui quietly wonders whether Hound planned the fall.
Kai simply smiles.
Kai: “Still… that was a good class.”
❄️ Kai and Jinga Reunite
After spending months on separate field assignments, Kai and Jinga finally get a quiet moment together again.
Jinga: “Hey, brother!”
Kai soon notices someone missing.
Poppy.
Kai asks where Poppy is.
Jinga explains that Poppy isn't with him.
Master Moon took Poppy somewhere.
But Jinga doesn't know where.
Kai accepts the answer.
For now, nothing more is revealed.
😂 One More Problem: The Beds
After eating, the students return ready to sleep.
Then they stop.
The room is empty.
The beds Eresawa erased earlier...
are still gone.
All twenty students shout:
“MASTERS!!!”
No answer.
Nobody is coming. 😂
Kai finally accepts reality.
They're sleeping on the floor.
Free naturally disagrees.
Free: “I want a bed.”
Lui's response is immediate and deadpan.
Lui: “Shut up, idiot.”
Even Tyson, a Wind Kingdom prince, chooses to stay on the floor with everyone else.
Then an Ice Warrior approaches Tala.
Ice Warrior: “Prince Tala—”
Tala stops him before any special treatment can be offered.
Tala: “Leave it. This is my Academy life. I want to enjoy it with everyone.”
May stays with him.
Tonight, royal titles don't matter.
Neither do their former field-work units.
They are simply classmates.
Ray, meanwhile, somehow manages to start an argument over sleeping space despite having an entire floor available.
Ray: “Hey, Rantaro! Move over! I’m sleeping there!”
Rantaro: “There’s an entire floor!” 😂
🌙 Together Again
Eventually, the lights go out.
The room becomes quiet.
Free is still thinking about the same thing.
Free: “Mm… I still want a bed.”
Lui: “Be quiet and sleep.”
Nearby, Flora quietly speaks to Serena.
Flora: “Serena… this isn’t bad. I actually like it.”
Serena smiles.
Tyson looks at the floor beneath him.
Tyson: “Mm… the floor is surprisingly comfortable.”
A few sleepy laughs pass through the room.
Then the voices slowly disappear.
Kai remains awake for a little longer.
He doesn't say anything.
He simply listens.
His brother is nearby.
His friends and rivals are around him.
For months, they worked in different places and different units.
Tonight, all twenty are together again.
Kai gives a small peaceful smile.
Then he closes his eyes.

💭 Episode 34 Theme
Episode 34 isn't about defeating an enemy.
It's about control, individuality and unity.
Hound's exercise teaches the students that strength alone doesn't solve every problem. Free succeeds through efficiency. Kioya succeeds through force. Tyson succeeds by understanding the environment. Broklin adapts his Ability. Kai chooses safety instead of unnecessary power.
Different answers can reach the same goal.
And the final scene applies that same idea to the students themselves.
They have different powers.
Different personalities.
Different families.
Some are princes and princesses. Others aren't.
They compete with each other.
But for one peaceful night, none of those differences matter.
They are simply twenty students sharing the same floor.
And tomorrow...
Ability Control truly begins.
